It aims to provide trainings to rural women in livestock which will help them adopt the best practices and to make optimum use of available resources in order to increase their animal’s milk production.Achievements:1. 2500 rural women’s would be trained through community based training program by sector expert DVM Master trainer in the trade of livestock management 2. After 1.5 Month training program 2500 Rural Women would be to manage their livestock as per standardized system required to animals. 3. Household income of 2500 rural women would be increase through the increasing of milk production of their animals. 4. 2500 Rural women’s would be able regarding basic treatment of their animal.|

The objective is to train head teachers/principals for better administration and management of the school with an emphasis on school improvement plan, co-curriculum activities, parent community, health & safety. It consists of 2 Levels of 4 days each (i.e. 8 hour/day) sessions.

Publications on VAW (Violence against Women) were disseminated and capacity of different stakeholders was enhanced on the issue through orientation sessions, dialogues, meetings and discussions and seminars.|

The second study was carried out on selling and buying of women. SWRDO sensitized and mobilized the communities and stakeholders for the protection of Women Human Rights through the promotion of its finding and awareness raising through seminars. For the success of the project, Networking with different stakeholders was undertaken and linkages with women groups, especially at the grassroots level were established.|
